Every pair of UE DROPS comes with a perfect fit guarantee and a 30-day risk-free policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your earbuds to return them if you are not satisfied.

We send you an at-home fit kit that will capture your ear impressions using Lightform technology. It will have a return label to send your impressions back to us and we’ll work our magic. The final product will be handcrafted and sent to you - uniquely shaped for your ears only.

We will ship out the FitKit that allows you to capture your ear impressions within 1-2 business days of placing your order. After we receive and process your impressions we will email you an anticipated ship date.

Your ear is constantly changing in shape. We keep digital copies of impressions in our system for up to 5 years. Once your impressions are over 5 years old, you will need to be refit. If you have impressions that meet our requirements and are under 5 years old, we can use them to create your earbuds.

The UE DROPS can be paired with up to 4 different devices but can receive audio from only one device at a time. Therefore, "Multipoint" connections aren't supported. When the headset is paired with two or more devices, you'll need to switch the Bluetooth connection to the desired device.

UE DROPS come with 9.2mm speaker driver.

UE DROPS come with a 1-Year Limited Warranty. The warranty covers any manufacturing defects or failures for up to 1 year after purchase.

UE DROPS are currently only available within the US.

The UE DROPS will be custom made to the exact shape of your ears. With ears being just as unique as fingerprints, sometimes an adjustment is needed. If you have any fit issues after receiving them, our fit experts will be here to work with you until you get the perfect fit. If we can’t resolve your fit issues to your liking, you can return your earbuds within 30 days of receiving them for a full refund.
