Where are the official Ultimate Ears Pro repair centers located?
Ultimate Ears Pro has two official repair centers:
- United States: Our headquarters in Irvine, California.
- Taiwan: Starting July 1st, 2026, our full-service repair center in Taiwan will be available.
Where can I find the addresses and shipping details for the repair centers?
Once you place your repair order, we will send you the detailed address and shipping instructions via email.
How do I send my in-ear monitors (IEMs) for repair?
After receiving your shipping instructions, include your service order number and send your IEMs to either of our two repair centers that is most convenient for you. Our team will work to restore your IEMs to their best condition.
Can I choose which repair center to use?
Yes, you can send your service order to either the U.S.A. or Taiwan repair center. If you have additional questions or need further assistance, please contact our support team.
