UE DROPS use our patented FitKit process to create fully customized molds of your unique earprint.

Get fitted
Once you place your order for your UE DROPS, we’ll send you an at-home FitKit. You will use this kit to capture 3D measurements of your ears from the comfort of your home.
You will also download the UE FitKit iOS App or Android App to walk you through the process with simple step-by-step instructions.

Hand-shaping your buds
After you finish the molding process, send your kit back to us and sit back. We’ll handcraft your UE DROPS to your specifications.
Tip: If you already have a custom earprint (like for a pair of UE CSX or UE PROs), you can save time and use the same measurements for your UE DROPS.

What is your return policy?
Every pair of UE DROPS comes with a perfect fit guarantee and a 30-day risk-free policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your earbuds to return them if you are not satisfied.
How does the custom fitting process work?
We send you an at-home fit kit that will capture your ear impressions using Lightform technology. It will have a return label to send your impressions back to us and we’ll work our magic. The final product will be handcrafted and sent to you - uniquely shaped for your ears only.
When will I receive the product?
We will ship out the FitKit that allows you to capture your ear impressions within 1-2 business days of placing your order. After we receive and process your impressions we will email you an anticipated ship date.
What if I’ve done a FitKit before? Do I have to do another one?
Your ear is constantly changing in shape. We keep digital copies of impressions in our system for up to 5 years. Once your impressions are over 5 years old, you will need to be refit. If you have impressions that meet our requirements and are under 5 years old, we can use them to create your earbuds.
How many devices can my UE DROPS be paired to at one time?
The UE DROPS can be paired with up to 8 different devices and "Multipoint" connections are supported. The headset can connect to two paired Bluetooth devices at the same time but can receive audio from only one device at a time.
