From DIY spaces to music’s biggest stars, live music’s biggest asset is its community. But it isn’t enough to hope that our community can foster healthy environments for the next generation of music professionals.
At UE, we know that we need to be an active part of a music industry that we want to see thriving—one that’s diverse and inclusive, healthy and equitable, and a joy to be part of. And that’s why we created UE Cares.

Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Fostering a culture of diversity and inclusion is something we take to heart at UE and our parent company Logitech. Inclusion doesn’t happen on its own—we need to be proactive about it at every opportunity in the music industry.
Building Community
At UE, we want to build an active community through our shared love of music and live entertainment. Community is all about sharing ideas, resources, passion and more to improve the lives of those around us.
Music Education
It’s one of our greatest missions to increase access to music education by enabling organizations that help to realize a promising future for our children. With decreasing music education programs in schools across the country, we want to support those who are working to fill those gaps.

Founded by top-tier music promoter Candace Newman, Live Out L!ve is dedicated to empowering the next generation of diverse leaders in the live music industry. Inspired by her own experience as one of the only women of color in her field, she founded Live Out L!ve in 2019 to educate and mentor women and non-binary people of all colors and in all fields of live music—from promotion to accounting.
